IMANHA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from cold-pressed early-season olives in Valle De Guadalupe, Baja California. Processing as soon as the olives are harvested preserves the naturally high amounts of antioxidants and results in a bright, lemony, buttery, light-pungent oil.
